Marylebone

Marylebone is bordered on the north by Lisson Grove and Regent's Park, on the east by Fitzrovia, on the south by Mayfair, and on the west by Paddington.

Most of the lively activity happens on its buzzing high street, which is famous for its fashionable boutiques, cafes, bakeries and selection of restaurants.

If you would like to live in area that is very central but still benefits from a quite neighbourhood feel than this is area could be right for you.

Most of the homes are large and stately period homes on well manicured streets. These can be single-family homes but most have been converted into multi-family apartments, which makes this a great place for singles or couples who are moving to London.

In recent years, Marylebone has seen a new transformation with many luxury residential developments being build, that include 24hr concierge as well as private gyms and parking.
